About me
Born and bred in North West London
Property has been a passion of mine since an early age. I’ve spent 19 years as an estate agent here, and I know the North West and West London markets street by street.
Whether you’re buying, selling, renting or letting, my job is to make it smooth and stress-free. Customer service is a huge part of who I am, which is why I chose to become ARLA qualified. It means I work to standards higher than the law requires.
I work on my own, so you’ll never be passed between departments. From the first visit to the day you get your keys, you’re dealing with me.
Away from work, I’m a family man and Dad to three wonderful (and cheeky!) children. You’ll find me cycling, strolling around Roundwood Park, or behind a camera, which is why I care so much about photographing homes properly. When I get the chance to fuel up, my go‑to spots are Spicy Basil in Kilburn for Thai, MoMo’s in Ladbroke Grove for Korean/Japanese, and lately Wing Stop in White City has been getting a lot of my attention.
If you’re thinking of selling or letting and I sound like a good fit, I’d love to be part of your journey.

In my clients’ words
I came across Arfan when he posted a letter through the door of my flat I was selling. He is not like any other Estate Agent I have come across. He is honest, reliable and he is knowledgeable. There is a personal touch to using Arfan which you do not get with larger companies. I actually removed all other agents from my flat and within 24 hours Arfan had found me a buyer.
I rented a property through Arfan, and he was super professional throughout the whole process, from the viewing and making an offer to signing the contract. Even after moving in, he's always given us great advice and been really reliable.
After having years of terrible experience with High Street Estate Agents, Arfan is a breath of fresh air. He has a great manner of communication and gets back with answers and resolutions swiftly.
I loved working with Arfan, such a kind professional and so caring. Always following up with every detail and helping with every step of the way, not only in finding us the perfect buyers, but also in communicating with mortgage brokers, lawyers and tenants.
His adept management of expectations, coupled with a deep understanding of the market and tenant profiles, resulted in the successful placement of a tenant for our flat within a week, meeting our desired rental rate.
We found Arfan to be very professional, knowledgeable, well organised, efficient and accurate in his assessment. He let out my property so quickly. Arfan is one of the best.
My property was on the market coming onto a year. Within less than a month of instructing Arfan I was able to secure a buyer. Photos and videography were amazing!
This is the second time I have used Arfan Riaz's letting services. Great communication, always at hand to help, very responsive to queries, fantastic service.
Arfan was amazing throughout the service for letting my flat. He is always supportive, professional and goes extra miles to accommodate what is needed.
Very helpful and always there when I needed questions answered.
I found in Arfan the most professional and friendly service ever. I highly recommend him and his company.
Mr. Riaz is very responsible. He was able to respond quickly to messages and answer questions, and everything went well. You can trust him completely.
It was a pleasure for me that I met a professional agent, Mr. Arfan Riaz, who helped me to rent my sweet home and showed his honesty to me.
Arfan was very helpful and very understanding of what we actually were looking for, so it made our choice much easier. He was always available and very responsive.
I was really impressed by his professional approach, constructive advice, punctuality, efficiency and helpful advice all through the process of finding a tenant.
Arfan was very hands on and accommodating. He would answer all of my questions promptly, and was kind enough to assist me all throughout the process knowing that it was my first time.
