An amazing 360 virtual tour will be created allowing buyers to see the entire property and make an informed decision about viewing in person.
A professional video will allow buyers to see the property in a way that photos cannot show. Videos bring life to the home.
I will market your property on the biggest UK property portals Rightmove and Zoopla. In addition, I will launch a targeted social media campaign ensuring maximum reach. I also have a pool of buyers registered who will be contacted imminently.
The aim here is to get the best possible price but to also find a buyer in a strong position who will be able to complete the whole buying process. My years of experience will enable me to help you with this process.
Once you have agreed on a sale with a prospective buyer, I will personally progress the sale keeping you informed throughout the sale process.
This is a proposition that we are all familiar with. In recent years, there has been a rise in cheap upfront fee agents which can sound tempting. My personal view on this matter is when you have an agent who is willing to invest both time and money in bringing your property to market and is offering high-end marketing tools and hasn’t asked you to pay a penny, then the motivation to sell your property is far greater than an agent who has been paid upfront. Once you have exchanged contracts, you and the buyer will need to set a completion date. Here you will need to start preparing to leave and start a new journey which of course I would love to be part of!
